About The Position
We’re looking for a Product Development Manager to lead three development teams and align their work with our business goals.
This is a non-technical leadership role—perfect for someone who understands tech but focuses on strategy, outcomes, and people.
What You’ll Do
- Translate the business strategy into clear development goals
- Manage and mentor team leads
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables
- Ensure dev work supports company needs
- Act as a bridge between business and tech teams
- Improve workflows and team performance
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in executing ideas into action
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
- Problem-Solving - Skill in breaking down complex business needs into clear, prioritized requirements.
- Tech-oriented: Understand basic concepts like APIs, databases, and system latency—no coding needed
- Experience managing cross-functional teams or projects
